We opened this lot because we were tired of watching people get turned away.
Calgary has thousands of drivers who need a reliable vehicle and keep getting a no — because of a bankruptcy five years ago, because they just landed here from Manila or Kyiv, because they work two jobs and nobody counts cash income.
