We collect personal information to arrange vehicle financing, sell vehicles and keep in touch with you. This page explains what we collect, why, who sees it, and how to ask us to stop.
What we collect
When you submit a finance application we collect your name, contact details, address, employment and income information, housing situation, the credit situation you describe, and details of any vehicle or trade-in you're interested in. We never ask for your social insurance number through our website, and you should never send banking passwords to anyone — including us.
Why we collect it
We use your information to assess which lenders are likely to approve your application, to submit your application to those lenders, to contact you about financing and vehicles, and to complete a sale if you choose one. We also keep records as required by Alberta's consumer protection and motor vehicle dealer rules.
Who we share it with
With your consent, we share your application with our lending partners so they can assess it. We may also share information with credit reporting agencies, insurance providers you ask us to coordinate with, and service providers who help us run the business (for example, our website and email providers). We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to share it with lenders. Some records must be kept for a set period by law; we'll tell you if that applies. To make a request, call or email us using the details on this site.
How we protect it
Applications are stored in access-controlled systems and are only visible to dealership staff who need them to do their job. Communications with our website are encrypted. If you're concerned about anything you've sent us, contact us and we'll help.
