These terms cover your use of this website. They don't replace the documents you sign when you buy or finance a vehicle — those govern the sale itself.
Listings and pricing
We describe every vehicle as accurately as we can, but listings can contain errors and availability changes quickly. Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude GST and licensing unless stated otherwise. We charge no administration or documentation fees. A listing is not an offer; the price and availability are confirmed in writing before you sign anything.
Payment estimates
Monthly payment figures shown on this website are estimates based on the price, down payment, term and rate assumptions displayed next to them. They are not a quote and not a commitment to lend. Your actual rate, term and payment depend on the lender's approval, your credit profile, taxes, insurance products you choose, and licensing.
Finance applications
Submitting an application does not obligate you to buy a vehicle and does not guarantee approval. You confirm that the information you provide is true and complete, and you authorize us to share it with our lending partners for the purpose of arranging financing. Providing false information may result in a declined application.
Our website
You're welcome to browse, but please don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use our content commercially without permission. Vehicle photos and text on this site belong to the dealership or are used with permission.
